Ingredients
3 boneless porkchops
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons {flour}
1 egg beaten
1 cup of breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
cabbage{1/4}
cherry tomatoes
Instructions
sprinkle the porkchops with salt and pepper. Dust the porkchops with flour , dip in the beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil 1 inch deep in a frying pan to 340 F. Fry the porks until golden brown. Drain on paper towel ,cut each into 1-inch wide sides. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with a shereded cabbage and 2-3 cherry tomatoes, serve hot with the Worcestersshire sauce or mayonnaise.
