Ingredients
5 lbs pork tenderloin
1 garlic, whole clove, peeled and crushed
1/2 cup vinegar or 3 lemons, squeezed
1 big onion, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbs sugar (white)
Instructions
1)Cut pork tenderloin into 2 inch length and marinate with the rest of the ingredients for one hour.
2) Skewer using bamboo sticks.
3) Charcoal grill until light brown (5 minutes each side).
