Ingredients
A creamy soup flavored with lemon, ginger, coriander and chili.
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1/4 cup sliced onions
2 tsp. grated ginger
300 grams chicken breast fillet cut into 1"
200 grams prawns peeled and deveined tails intact
2 tbsp. MAGGI Concentrated Chicken Stock dispersed in
5 cups water
100 g. egg noodles round
3 tbsp. lemon rind shredded
2 tsp. MAGGI Chilli Sauce
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
Instructions
1. Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and ginger for 3 minutes.
2. Add chicken, cook for 2 minutes, stir in prwns and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in broth and bring slowly to a boil.
3. Add noodles, lemon rind, chilli sauce and coconut milk, simmer for another 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
4. Top with coriander and mint just before serving. Serve immediately.
