Ingredients
2 cups cassava grated
1/2 cup ube powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese diced
1 cup coconut cream(kakang gata) combined with
2 cups water
1 300 ml. can CARNATION Condensada
1 can whole corn kernel
2 pieces eggyolks slightly beaten
Instructions
1. Combine first two ingredients and shape into 1/2 inch balls, stuffing each ball with cheese.
2. Drop in boiling coconut milk. When cassava balls start to float, turn off heat and stir CARNATION Condensada, corn and eggyolks. Serve warm.
