Ingredients
1 kg pork intestines or meat sliced
1 head garlic crushed
2 pcs onion medium diced
2tablespoons cooking oil oil
3 cups water
tanglad leaves tied and the tanglad bulb chopped finely
1 tablespoon grated ginger
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons sininggang sampalok mix
4 finger whole finger chilis (do not slice)
2 cups pork blood
2 cups thick coconut milk
3 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
1. saute onion, garlic i and ginger in oil , add in the sliced pork's intestine or pork meat season with salt and pepper to taste,
2. pour in water and 1 tablespoons of sinigang sampalok mix put the tied tanglad leaves and let boil until pork intestine softens. and the broth reduced to 1/2
3pour in the porks blood let boil and slowly add the cococnut milk, whille stirring consistently to avoid curdling, put in the sugar and the remaining sinigang sa sampalok mix and finger chilis simmer until think and blood stew broth is reduced to half.
4. serve with puto or steamed rice and siling labuyo
