Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup butter
1 bottle Tabasco
6 chicken breasts
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Instructions
Buffalo Sauce:
Completely melt butter at high temperature in a deep pan. Add ketchup and the Tabasco sauce, as desired. Reduce heat to a very low setting, stirring occasionally. The sauce will be done by the time you finish with the chicken.
Chicken:
Cut the chicken breast in half, long way, then cut into small pieces...crack eggs in a bowl and stir them...put the flour into another bowl...dip chicken in eggs then in flour...repeat.
Once you have all the chicken floured, deep fry the chicken in hot oil (365°F) until golden and cooked through. Remember to keep stirring the Buffalo Sauce or it will stick to the bottom!!
Nutrition (per serving): 650 calories, 324 calories from fat, 36.8g total fat, 324mg cholesterol, 796.6mg sodium, 814.5mg potassium, 17.7g carbohydrates, less than 1G fiber, 4.9g sugar, 60.7g protein.
