How does Ex-designz ensure customer satisfaction with telecommuting?
All communication between the client and Ex-designz is done via email, telephone and postal mail. Our telephone number and address are given to our client after we established communication via e-mail or contact form.

What are Ex-designz fees?
Our fees vary depending on the services required and scope of the proposed project.

How do I pay ?
You can pay by mailing a certified check to the contact address, or by credit card via PayPal online payment processing.

How long will it take to develop my new website?
Generally, this depends on a few conditions: If the client is providing copy, images, or other assets for the site, then the timeline is often dependent on their ability to produce the materials in a timely manner.If Ex-designz is currently engaged by several clients, there may be a waiting list for new clients.The scope and size of the project greatly determines the amount of time needed to complete it.

When will my new site be listed in the search engines?
Many people erroneously assume that once their site has gone online, it will automatically be listed in the search engines and directories. In reality, it can take up to three months for your site to be indexed! Furthermore, most search engines and directories charge a fee for inclusion or site review, from $39 USD per URL to $299 USD.
